Who we are
Routes Visa Expert is a visa application desk. The work is the file: the route, the papers, the appointment, and a straight record of where that file stands.
For more than 20 years this has been visa application work. Travellers come for their own journey. Travel agents come with the customers they are sending. Companies come when a team has to move and the paperwork has to be ready before anyone flies. The same standard sits behind all three.
What the desk actually does
A visa file is a passport, a reason for the trip, proof the trip can be paid for, and the papers that authority asked for. Routes lines those up, catches the page that does not match, and prepares the application for the route that applies. Where the file needs a person and not only a screen, a Routes expert takes it.
Refusal files
Routes handles cases that were refused the first time. The earlier decision is read. The checklist is built again. A fresh application is prepared. The embassy or the government still decides. A second filing is not a promise that the answer will change.
What can sit with the application
- Travel insurance, arranged with the file. Once the insurer issues the policy, the premium stays.
- A doorstep visit, to collect documents from you. The date can move, or the visit can be cancelled, up to 24 hours before, if a slot is open for a new time.
- A video session, for the form that needs a person on the other side of the screen. The same 24-hour window applies.
- Phone assistance, when one question is holding the file.
Three doors
Individuals. One traveller, one account, one journey. This is the direct service.
Agents. A B2B desk for travel agents and operators. Your customers stay yours. Routes prepares the visa file and keeps the stage visible.
Corporates. A company account for the coordinator and the employee who is travelling. Several people, one standard, one place to see the files.
What Routes will not pretend
Routes is not an embassy, a consulate, or a visa-issuing authority. Routes does not issue visas, and does not guarantee an approval, a date, or entry at a border. The fee is for the Routes work and for the official charges collected with it.
