No guarantee of a visa
Approval, refusal, delay, and the length of a visa are decided only by the embassy or government. Routes does not guarantee that a visa will be granted, that it will be granted by a date, or that you will be allowed to enter a country. A fee paid to Routes is not a fee for a guaranteed result.
Your information
You are responsible for the truth and completeness of every answer and document. Routes may rely on them without checking every fact. If something is false, incomplete, or misleading, the consequence is yours, including a refusal, a ban, or closure of the file. What comes back, and what stays, is set out in the Refund Policy.
Information on this website
Requirements, fees, and timings on the portal can change when an embassy changes its rules. The details that apply are those shown at the time your payment is confirmed. Pages on this website are general information about the Routes service. They are not a promise that a particular traveller qualifies.
Other organisations
Embassies, visa application centres, couriers, insurers, banks, and the payment gateway act under their own rules. Routes is not liable for their delay, closure, extra fee, lost document after it leaves Routes, or their decision. Insurance, where taken, is the insurer’s own policy. Once that policy is issued, the premium is not refundable.
Limit of liability
Routes’ total liability for a booking is limited to the Routes service fee actually received for that booking. Routes is not liable for indirect loss, including a missed flight, a cancelled hotel, loss of work, or a later visa ban. Nothing on this page removes a liability that Indian law does not allow to be removed.
