Upon successful booking, Routes' Holidays will share the booking confirmation and travel vouchers before departure, subject to full payment of the package cost.
All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transfers, sightseeing services, and other travel components.
In case any selected component is unavailable, a similar alternative may be offered.
Cancellation Policy:
- 35 Days Before Departure: ₹3,000 Cancellation Fee Per Booking
- 25 Days Before Departure: ₹5,000 Cancellation Fee Per Booking
- 15 Days Before Departure or Less: 100% Non-Refundable
- TCS Amount: Non-Refundable once collected
- Taxes: Applicable taxes will be charged additionally
Date Change Policy:
- 35 Days Before Departure: ₹3,000 Date Change Fee Per Booking
- 35 Days Before Departure: ₹5,000 Date Change Fee Per Booking
- 15 Days Before Departure or Less: Date Change Not Permitted

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges.
If the selected hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel may be offered.
Guests must ensure that all names provided during booking exactly match their passport details. Any costs arising from incorrect information shall be borne by the guest.
Routes' Holidays shall not be responsible for any losses, delays, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by weather conditions, airline disruptions, government regulations, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
